This morning I met with my orthopedic surgeon, which is going to perform surgery on my shoulder. Fortunately, it is not as complicated as the AP did.

I will not have to deal with my claustrophobia having a magnetic resonance. They are going to make a cat scan so that they can see the complete structure of shoulder damage more than they can in radiographs.

Unless there is a complication (according to him, only 10% of these surgeries are complicated during surgery or later). So those are quite good chances. This is an outpatient procedure and I will be at home within 10 hours after two -hour surgery. That relieves me a lot of stress about what to do with cats, dog, what to do with kittens, etc.

I will be in a deep for eight weeks. It is a removable deep, but they will not allow me to remove it up to two weeks after surgery. I will not be able to bed for at least a month because that increases the swelling on the shoulder. There will be a lot of swelling and a lot of bruises. I will not be able to start physiotherapy until two months after surgery. So there will be many variables to work, but I feel much better knowing that I will not be in the hospital of one to eight days. I don’t need to give blood. They will make blood tests before surgery, but that is not a great, anyway they are doing a lot of that at this time.

Speaking of kittens, it’s time to sterilize them. Now they have five months. Unfortunately, due to the fact that I still can’t drive, my shoulder is still frozen. I take them to my veterinarian. It will be quite expensive. My donation button in this blog is dead. This is how I have it until I can discover how to eliminate it. If you feel in your heart that you want to help with the cost of spoys, you can donate through PayPal. You can send me an email to find out how:

Mary Annem@ladydawg.net This is the only email to which you can communicate with me from now on.

Please keep safe and loved
