Combined campaigns help BCR cats!

Autumn is not only when the leaves change or when BCR has its annual raffle. It is also the beginning of the workforce campaign season. What exactly is that? It is a time when the delivery programs of the payroll deduction of the employees are launched, giving employees by the federal government, the army and the state government of North Carolina an easy way to help the non -profit organizations they love.
BCR regularly participates in both the combined federal campaign (CFC) and in the combined campaign of employees of the North Carolina state (SECC). If you work for the Federal Government or the Army or is withdrawn from either, you will participate in the CFC. Any employee or retiree of the state of North Carolina, and this includes those who work for any of the state universities in the UNC system, have access to the SECC.
How important are these BCR campaigns? In 2023, their contributions to CFC and SECC raised more than $ 15,000 for Cats! Its generosity contributes directly to the BCR mission: give our cats a safe, loving and healthy home forever. Their donations provide daily medical and dental care that BCR cats need, cover specialized treatments that may be necessary and much more.
How does it work? For both campaigns, simply select BCR of the website of the campaign (both links and our numbers are listed below) or from a printed brochure provided by the campaigns. You can configure your online deductions or complete a printed form that comes with the brochure. You decide how much you would like to give BCR for the year through payroll deduction. That deductible tax amount will be deduced from your payment checks and will be sent to BCR. How much you feel comfortable by depending on you. Even $ 2 or $ 5 granted to BCR of each payment period helps greatly for a year! If you have not heard about the campaigns this year yet, consult your human resources office. These campaigns are as important for cats as the donations we receive from their votes online, purchases and the daily clicks! The 2023 CFC campaign ends on January 15, 2025. The SECC ends on December 31, 2024.
